Friendly, responsive staff and a good basic record-keeping platform for new nonprofits

The staff are so friendly and helpful. If I send an email and something is wrong with the system or I need a customization, they respond within 24 hours. I deal with the same person or group of people each time, it's not like calling larger companies where you get a ticket number. They know exactly who I am and are attentive.
