I really like the support and willingness of the staff at Signal House to hop on a call to resolve issues. It's also worth mentioning that the initial setup was very easy.

I like how it allows me to see everything I need to regarding messaging and A2P compliance in one, organized space, without having to jump from page to page to see what I need to see. I also love how easily it integrates with softwares that I already use, such as GoHighLevel, Zapier, etc. It is also very fast, and I have never had issues with lag or downtimes. I also think the pricing is very reasonable, as it is priced per use. The support team has also been incredibly helpful, and has been there whenever I have issues. The ai chat bot has also been very helpful with little fixes that don't require a support member, and it has been very responsive.

I'd like to remove the references to cold SMS marketing from my review. Everything else I wrote still reflects my experience with Signal House, especially the quality of the support team and how helpful Kanza has been.
