I like how easy it is to use and how quickly we can finalize our business transactiens with the system.

Let me just say: if ShopView's "Reports" page were a person, I’d buy them a drink and a cookie. This thing is the MVP of my workday. The number of features that this beast unleashes is mind-boggling. What I like best (aside from the fact that it doesn't make me cry like Shopmonkey used to) is how it lets me track "technician efficiency" in a beautiful, job-by-job, line-by-line symphony of productivity. You pick your date range, you get your data, and voila—numbers! Useful numbers! In formats that don't make you want to throw your computer into the river. It doesn’t stop there. The “advisor analysis” tab does the same magic for service advisors. It’s like ShopView handed me a crystal ball for team performance, only it’s not mystical—it’s just shockingly well-designed software. Gone are the dark days of building Franken-sheets in Excel, manually dragging formulas across columns. Now I just click a few buttons, export in the format of my choosing (Excel, maybe a stone tablet if they add that next), and boom—clarity. In short, ShopView's Reports page is the best thing to happen to my workflow since the invention of Ctrl+Z. Bravo.

The greatest appreciation that I have for ShopView stems from it's modern aesthetic and curb appeal. Unlike other software that I have utilized in the past, there is not a hodgepodge of unnecessary information or gimmicky hyperlinks to lead you astray. The work orders screen is quite customizable as well, allowing you to sort service orders freely based off of your current needs. ShopView seems to hold their level of customer service and support in the highest regard. Whenever I have a lack of understanding with how to complete a difficult task, or have any feedback for a feature request, the customer support team responds almost immediately. It's important to note that the customer support team seems to have a technical background and are well-versed in all things ShopView, I never experience a transfer or long hold time to get the answers that I need.
