Very user friendly and easy to use. Very easy to train as a new employee

We have multiple locations with around 50 techs. I did not think we could go from a 7% net profit margin to a 15% net profit margin. The data is so simple to look at that it drives performance within the shops. ShopView changed my perception of shop management systems. We used several in the past, all of which we became very frustrated with, it was as if we needed extra staff to manage the systems. It made no sense. Our company switched several times, always looking for the best. We have been with ShopView for about a year, and we know we have finally found it.
