The best part of ShopView for me is the AI built-in features. They help the techs write professional work orders and help the service writer explain why a task should be done and sell that job. This lets us create bigger work orders and get the higher paying jobs. The AI has helped us several times sell preventative maintenance tasks that save the customer money in the long run and keep the unit running and making money. I also like being able to see all the work orders that need to be completed and how many lines are on each work order and how completed they are right from the WIP. That makes it very easy to judge how the work is being done and how long until there will be a free bay for the next unit to come in. We use it to manage inventory and workflow through the shop, including invoicing out customers and making sure our customers are paying their bills and keeping the money flowing through our shop. The software is very solid. My boss handles the integrations, and he said once it's set up it does everything automatically without us having to intervene. The great team at ShopView moved all of our information over and gave us great training. They were there every step of the way and support us day to day when we run into problems, helping us correct anything that comes up. I'd easily recommend it a 10, no question about that.
