As the product owner of a newly launched neobank, fraud and compliance was top of mind during the initial launch. Sardine has been a tool where we have been able to integrate ID&V, selfie and other signals as part of our fraud and risk mitigation requirements. Being able to expand on some existing out of the box rules has also helped us get up and running faster than ever. Communication is easy with quick turnaround on responses, even on more complicated inquiries. Our account manager is organized, efficient, and stays on top of our needs. There is no hesitation to bring in a tech or specialist in any area if she doesn't have the answer for us. She always ensures that our time is used productively. Getting the most out of our contract felt like a priority to our account manager and it was easy to implement new features we hadn't started with at first. We're a small start-up but Sardine always made us feel like we mattered to them!
