Integration is relatively straightforward through the SDK and API calls, and our Account Manager (a shoutout to Rob) and the support team are incredibly helpful and responsive when we have queries. If you have any particular issues with a trend or rule, the team is happy to take the sessions and analyse/suggest some rules which might help, which is super helpful. Lots of potential for further development.
