FME Platform speeds up work and is very easy to use. It's a very flexible ETL tool which can be used to accomplish challenging tasks, and also very powerful to adjust and improve business workflows.

Overall, my experience with FME Platform has really been positive. We have been using it for years, both as users ourselves and as integration providers. I also found that it was very easy to install and administer.

In every service change cycle, we spent the first week fixing data mismatches between our GTFS feed and internal GIS stop inventory. We built FME workspace using GTFS reader that cross checks stop IDs against our enterprise geodatabase and flags discrepancies with Tester transformer before anything gets published. Catching those mismatches automatically instead of finding out from rider complaint has been real change.
