what i genuinely like most about FME platform is its capability to manage various data formats and integrate many systems within one workflow. one very helpful thing for me was that i can manage data work and build workflows without writing code by just simply drag and drop feature.

It's visual workflow builder is the best thing which I have used. It clearly shows how the data moves through each stage. It is really helpful when I am explaining process to someone and the person in-front can clearly see the process of data flow. I can automate a lot of things like cron jobs, retrieving data from database and hitting few apis then storing the data again in the database. It saves a lot of time. And all these can be done without writing a single line of code by just dragging and dropping the components.

For me, best part is how much data work I can handle without having to write code for every step. I can connect different sources, make changes to the data, and see the whole workflow in one place. The number of formats it supports is also really useful in my day to day work.
