Working with a team that uses route right now. They have been easy to work with, we onboarded them quickly and seamlessly, and they are taking care of our customers for us on the "boring FedEx mess ups" so that we can be on the phone with customers and helping them with other things. Their app is so easy to use and their rates are very affordable. On the customer side, Route makes their policies very clear and any shipping-related issues can and will be resolved by their team. Any negative reviews you may see are likely due to the original seller relying too heavily on shipping insurance for other, more product-specific issues. Any time I've used Route as a customer I've been happy to have their service.
