I was skeptical of AI in accounting. Most of what I'd seen was just a chat interface over stale data. Rillet's AI feels different because it works off live GL data. Every action has an audit trail and the agents are built for specific accounting tasks. Flux analysis and accruals used to take a lot of time, but with Rillet we spend maybe an hour reviewing. The natural language reporting is also something I use more than I expected: ask a question, get a sourced answer from the actual books.

Easy to use interface. High levels of accounting automation for deferred revenue, invoicing, amortizations, reporting, strong MCP connectors. It performs very fast. Pricing is very reasonable especially compared to Netsuite. Implementation was very fast and easy, and support has been excellent. So many things to love!

Starting from implementation the experience was amazing! I've been part of ERP implementation projects that have taken 12+ months, whereas we were live in ~9 weeks. The implementation team was really knowledgeable and took the time to understand our processes and help us design / build the system that would scale with us. We've been able to reduce our timeline to reconcile cash from 5 days to 1 day leveraging cash rules and AI-enabled cash matching automation. This as well as the native subledgers for previously manually tracked prepaids, fixed assets, and deferred revenue, have allowed us to reduce our month-end close timeline from 12-14 business days down to 5-6 business days. Also, the customer support team at Rillet is fantastic! They do a great job of listening to customers, understanding pain points, and offering solutions at an incredible pace. I've worked with other software solutions where it's nearly impossible to get a hold of a support team member, so this was definitely a game-changer. The product velocity at Rillet is definitely really impressive!
