I like the options of choosing the color for how you believe your day-to-day went. I also like the statistics it provides, which are super easy to read. The initial setup of Rhythm was quick and easy.

Empowers Transparency and Goal Alignment
I like the hierarchy of goals that can be created in Rhythm. The organization sets 3-4 goals, and then each department aligns their KPIs and critical to-dos to those goals. This allows me to then align my own personal activities to department goals, which is great for understanding the importance of what I need to prioritize. Rhythm makes it clear what needs to be done to move the needle, helping keep real priorities at the forefront even when things get busy.
