It’s a very organized way to keep track of our goals and make sure we’re staying aligned with our core values. I really appreciate the structure it provides, including the team meetings and everything that comes with that. Each week we rate how we’re doing on our goals, and it feels good every time it’s in the green; it also motivates me to keep improving. Overall, I think it helps keep us structured as a team and makes sure we’re all on the same page. When I first started at my company, I was nervous about learning rhythm systems but Rhythm provided such good support that I picked it up in no time.

I like that I can see what my entire team is working on and the goals we need to achieve. We regularly use the reporting system and have weekly meetings to discuss our goals for the week and clarify anything that needs to be improved.
