Customer service is wonderful. They are hands-on and very responsive.

Really easy to configure and get set-up. The product is both usable for simple use cases (sending proposals) as well as complex CPQ integrations with Salesforce Products. The team is amazingly responsive to support questions/requests.

From the accounting side of things, RevOps has it all. Customizable controls, customizable SKUs, flexible discounting, individualized approvals depending on the specific situation . . . . We had been using an excel spreadsheet, which did allow the level of customization we required, but it always needed adjustments for one-off situations. With RevOps, when a new situation occurs, I can change the configuration once to account for it, and then use that same configuration every other time going forward. Pricing changes happen once, and everyone has the correct pricing. Updates to SKUs happen once, and everyone has the new details. It's so easy. And my auditors love it. And the support team is amazing.
