Beyond that, other strengths people commonly appreciate include drag-and-drop scheduling that makes reallocating work quick and intuitive, conflict detection that helps prevent double-bookings and over-allocation, and clear visibility into team capacity and utilization so managers can plan workloads more effectively.

Its interface, it simple yet powerful. Easy to understand and find the right functionality.
