Relay is the first banking platform I’ve used that genuinely feels built for operators. The UI is clean and fast, the account structure makes cash management (and Profit First-style allocation) insanely simple, and everything feels like it is designed to reduce friction: opening accounts, moving money, setting permissions, and staying organized. But the real differentiator is the support. Bernardo Tellini has been exceptional, responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in helping us get things done the right way. It doesn’t feel like “ticket support”; it feels like a partner who understands urgency and cares about outcomes. That level of reliability, plus a product that’s actually founder-friendly, is what I like best about Relay.

I really like Relay for its platform and the ease it offers. The user interface, especially on a computer, allows you to use and create cards, accounts, and make transfers in a very simple and user-friendly way.

The most helpful thing about Relay is how easy the app is to use, along with how much time their automations save me each month.
