Customer service and how they handle client issues

The secure ACH payment process is by far my favorite feature. Vendors submit their banking information directly through Relay, so we never have to handle sensitive account details ourselves. It saves time, improves security, and makes paying invoices fast and professional. I also appreciate the approval controls, audit trail, and ability to organize funds across multiple accounts. As both a treasurer and a professional bookkeeper, Relay has become one of the first banking platforms I recommend to clients.

I like being able to track money going out across our different businesses, and the fees are very reasonable. I also appreciate the option to keep our money in separate accounts, since setting funds aside and reserving them for specific needs is crucial.
