I really like that Reena HR is an all-in-one platform. It's pretty user-friendly and has tons of features that are usually outside of typical talent management platforms. I can do almost everything from communication, sending emails, and conducting surveys to getting documents signed and requesting videos. Any aspect of recruitment can be done through the platform itself. I like the multiple uses and features which are all built into Reena HR. Also, the initial setup was pretty easy and not too complicated.
