RealVNC is much more reliable than other remote desktop programs I've tried out. The structure of the program is well thought out, making it easy to select a remote computer to connect to on both mobile and computer devices. I use RealVNC on a daily basis to connect to a number of computers in the research lab I work in. Being able to connect to a computer in a different remotely from my phone allows me to easily integrate systems in different parts of the lab together.

I've been using RealVNC for over 3.5 years (since start of the pandemic), and I am amazed that it really has never given me a single issue. That is truly something to say. The service is consistent and pretty fast.

One of the key strengths of RealVNC is its user-friendly interface. The software is intuitive, making it easy for both beginners and experienced users to navigate. The setup process is easy, requiring minimal configuration. The connection is stable, and I've experienced minimal lag, even when working with resource-intensive applications like CAD work. It supports various platforms, including Windows, macOS, and Linux, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of devices. One feature of RealVNC that I love is its cloud connectivity, allowing users to access their remote desktops from anywhere with an internet connection. This flexibility is particularly useful for professionals who need to access their work machines while on the go.
