One of the best remote access tools
It really works as intended. It allows attended and unattended access to remote computers. It supports multiple target OSes. Response time is great. Lag is unnoticeable granted a good network connection. It allows granular setup locally or by a policy. Knowledge base is really detailed and helpful.

Solid value, feature packed, and great customer support for remote control tool!
Easy to use viewer interface, customizable options with built-in AD group controls, but also provide cloud connect capability when needed. My company's primary remote control tool for over a decade now.

Reliable and easy to use remote desktop program
RealVNC is much more reliable than other remote desktop programs I've tried out. The structure of the program is well thought out, making it easy to select a remote computer to connect to on both mobile and computer devices. I use RealVNC on a daily basis to connect to a number of computers in the research lab I work in. Being able to connect to a computer in a different remotely from my phone allows me to easily integrate systems in different parts of the lab togeather.
