Product Fruits has been an incredible tool during our onboarding MVP at Positrace, especially for our VSB and SMB customer segments. It has significantly improved onboarding efficiency through intuitive walkthroughs, tooltips, checklists, and custom flows—reducing support team involvement while empowering users to onboard independently.
The ease of integration with HubSpot was a major plus, enabling us to personalize user experiences using CRM data seamlessly. Implementation was quick and straightforward, with minimal technical overhead.
