I like using Procore for drawings, RFIs, time cards, daily logs, photos, and submittals. The initial setup was easy, which is a big plus for me.

Streamlined Document Management with Effective Collaboration
I like using the 'Photos' tab the most in Procore because it helps legitimize the documented photos with timestamps. I also appreciate the easy access to photos and forms from anywhere, which allows me to work across different job sites while offering the documents across them all. Procore creates a space where I can upload photos that others can access without having to separately send photos to individuals, solving the problem of overlapping the prints between different trades to help verify any issues. Also, the initial setup was fairly straightforward, and I am highly likely to recommend it to others, scoring it a 10 out of 10.
