Although I’m new to the platform, I’m very impressed with the user interface and how simple it is for both office and field users to access the tools they need. The software has helped bring our previously fragmented systems into a single system. As a project manager, the drawings, RFI, and submittals tools have been extremely valuable, and they’re a big improvement over managing everything manually through email and my own file management.

I find Procore streamlined and easy to read. Information is organized in different formats, so I don’t have to dig for it. I like how many tools it has, from estimating and submittals to the 3D model viewer, and I believe it covers the project needs a company may have. The 3D viewer makes the architect’s or engineer’s model simpler to understand, and I like being able to “fly” and “cut” around it to see what’s being built. I also find Procore simple to use, and the initial setup was very easy: after creating an account, I went straight to a dashboard where I could organize the company and start projects. I use it with Revit to import models and view them in the 3D viewer, and I’ve also used the estimating tool to make a mock estimate.

I find Procore very easy to use and understand, especially the estimating feature. The setup was very easy, and I love everything about it; I don't think anything needs improvement.
