What I like most about Praxedo is the ease of use, the versatility with which you can remove and add fields to create forms, and that it is cloud-based, allowing you to access it from anywhere in the world without losing information.

I have worked with Praxedo in our company both as a technician and as an admin. Since I also worked on the configuration of the workflow, I am naturally somewhat biased. From a technician's perspective, I can say that I really enjoy using the app for work, even though it needs some minor improvements. I appreciate the pleasant, non-overloaded design and the intuitive, self-explanatory navigation. What I like most is the automatic creation of documentation. Additionally, I am pleased with the real-time scheduling by dispatchers. The synchronizations run reliably and quickly. Since I have also trained colleagues on the product, I can provide similar feedback on their behalf. The integration of SAP was challenging but also exciting. Not everything could be implemented as we had envisioned, but the product team is happy to receive feedback from their customers and quickly implements it depending on the amount of feedback in that direction. I can't say much about the price, but I do believe that digitalization on the shop floor is both necessary and will, in the long run, economically bear fruit.

I like how smoothly the process runs. It’s simple and efficient, and the training is truly top-notch. I can't say enough good things about Mattia. He is always available to answer questions and is very patient and knowledgeable.
