I find the overview and design of the service and installation reports at Praxedo particularly good. You can upload images, write notes, and add comments, which is really helpful. Additionally, the initial setup of Praxedo is simple.

I mainly use Praxedo for data analysis in Power BI and find the export functions to Excel very helpful. It provides me with a good overview of the currently scheduled technician assignments and the workload in the team. I appreciate the intuitive menu navigation and overview, which allows me to schedule details for the respective appointments with little effort. We have also created an automated interface to our CRM, and the platform runs stably. So far, we have not experienced any major operational disruptions. Initially, the automation via the interface was very time-consuming, but we were able to work closely with the Praxedo team and received timely feedback on our inquiries. Overall, Praxedo has helped us reduce internal manual efforts and increase connection numbers, which has worked very well.

I find Praxedo easy and intuitive to use, which is really great. The implementation was quick and required few resources. Getting familiar with the system was fast and straightforward. I really liked that.
