PbN not only provides extensive data analysis of all aspects of dental offices, including phone calls, which is what they are known for, they also provides services such as review request, automatic reminders, automatic campaigns for different purposes, online payment solutions, etc. It also serve as an intra-office communication channel. We have used other supporting software but by far PbN is the best, and none of them has the data analysis portion PbN offers.
