PBN is a great tool that is easy to navigate and if ever we need customer service, they too are helpful and knowledgeable :)

I like that most of the numbers are calculated for me. That saves me time and way less stress.

The automation that comes with PbN has been exceptionally helpful for our busy pediatrics office. There are SO many things that we were doing manually before that are all done automatically now like sending and chasing new patient forms, confirmation texts at the right time we need them to go out, forms automatically adjusting patient records in our PMS as parents submit new forms, overdue routine care reminders, and so much more! Our Customer Success Manager has been really helpful in getting us set up just right. We are still working through some kinks, but it seems that they are dedicated to making things work for us.
