From a marketers perspective the best part about Plixi for me is the steady and consistent Instagram growth without need for me putting in the hard work.
I primarily utilize it to maintain visibility and engagement throughout various campaigns and activations, such as product launches and seasonal activations, even when the team is busy with other channels. It’s a pretty simple setup and once set up, runs itself with very little day to day.

I use Plixi since our ecomm brand mainly on Instagram We do a ton of work on attracting the right people as opposed to just numbers.
I normally focus on followers of similar fashion brands and niche accounts. So far, the results have been pretty consistent. The dashboard is user-friendly (which I enjoy) and creating campaigns doesn’t take a lot of time. In a matter of months, our followers that engage with posts and visit the site have already improved. The tool also integrates well with Buffer that we use to schedule and keep the workflow organized.

Known for its integration capabilities with services like Twitter, Plixi facilitated the posting of photos directly onto users' timelines, enhancing the experience of visual content sharing in real-time. The service was designed to be user-friendly, offering a simple interface for quick photo uploads. In 2011, Plixi was acquired by Lockerz, and its services were eventually integrated into Lockerz's broader social commerce platform. As a result, Plixi as an independent entity ceased to operate following this acquisition.
