After a night, it was striking how the intelligence we set up was “low-maintainance”. As a Systems and IT Delivery manager, I prefer tools which do not add to operational overhead and follow-ups. Plixi helped your Instagram grow in the background which was super useful for me because I didn’t feel like I had another thing to have to be on top of all day.

What I liked best was that it didn’t feel like another platform we needed to keep up with all day long. In marketing comms, there is loads on the go all the time, so I was after something to help with Instagram growth that wouldn’t become one more thing to manage all the time. Plixi was quite easy to get started with and once installed, made it feel a lot less manual.
I also liked the fact that we were still managing performance but not over-complication. It was easy for us to plug it into our stack. Everyone is now spending more time on campaigns and messaging, not babysitting another tool.
