Honestly I love the amazing customer service. Any issues that have come up have been addressed quickly.

That it is very friendly to use, the implementation was very easy and that we now have all our assets in one place.

Our customer success manager, Caitlynn Casebeer is the BEST in that she is responsive and helpful with issues - she genuinely cares about us having a successful experience with Pickit. I also like the basic capability of having all media stored in a single repository and the tagging and image recognition capabilities.
