Easy to adminstrate in office 365 and few errors

Pickit is very user-friendly and well-considered in how it structures content and is ideal for how agencies work. From organizing assets for creative teams and sharing with external vendors. Boards are a fantastic addition so that other internal departments can access and find assets without trawling through endless assets. We've very quickly implemented this into our workflow and have worked with Pickit's support teams on feature requests and a few queries on certain features so that we can maximize how we use it. In which they have been extremely swift and supportive. I've had experience with much 'larger' DAMs across several agencies and this is by far my favorite to work with.

It is very well thought through with some very useful features. The team has also been super helpful walking us through onboarding etc and has been very responsive to any questions that have come up.
