I like how user-friendly it is. Everything, for the most part, makes sense and is easy to navigate. I also love the auto-tagging feature. This feature saves us so much time when tagging photos. We tag things it can't know. It tags things it can know.

Some integration issues, but great customer service and flexible features make up for it
The customer service is great! Whenever our team has an issue with integrations or SSO login, the Pickit team is quick to address the issue and get back to us. There's also a lot of flexibility for adding / removing various app features as needed. Once into the tool, the user interface is great – and it's so, SO much better than trying to sort through images on Sharepoint.
