PepTalk is unique in its ability to support team culture. We were very focused on building trust and cohesion between Teams, and PepTalk delivered this. It is far more than simply wellness content; the platform is community-driven, and there are gamified ways for employees to get involved and drive behavior change through the different challenges, games, and programs delivered through the platform. I found some of the manager support beneficial. It enabled them to model the behaviors we felt were needed to create the environment to contribute to employee engagement and wider organisational performance.
