What I love about Peptalk is not only can I choose academies that are personal for myvown goals. I as a leader am able to invlude my team, we can choose paths together, it is great team building and helps me make sure we are keeping our wellness important as much as our work performance. The team check ins are great I get insight in howbthey are doing and can adjust our meetings if need be. This allows them to be at optimal performance because they know we have each others backs and care at the human level.
