Our account manager is very supportive and patient.
I think the app is really great. It requires more engagement than I think our people can give the app, which is disappointing as there is so much quality in the app. I also think changes to the look of the app stops our people from engaging. I think the check in is great however, for us, getting the engagement is difficult.
