I received a call today 2/23/2022 from Nick DiNapoli fromPayJunction asking me to verify an individual trying to get access into my account. Nick was professional, helpful, and friendly. He walked me through setting up access for the individual from my billing company. I then asked Nick to look into an issue from several weeks ago regarding a broken terminal. He looked into my account and confirmed the resolution. I asked Nick about a third issue regarding my account fee structure. He did not have the answer but transferred me to right person who could help.

Called Customer Svc with a question and not only did Alex respond to the question but gave a quick tour of the Website for future use

Nick is always so helpful and takes care of all my issues!
