The team is available and so helpful. * The product applies our recommendations on adjustments but also lets me make edits to the final outcome. The little things are accounted for like promotion logic with equity and budgets. * The approval chain allows each manager and manager of managers to see the adjustments for their teams and departments. Achieving this via Google Sheets was pretty cumbersome. Managers are also able to review their team's comp at any point in time. * Team members have visibility into their level, total comp, potential comp w/equity and company success, plus a timeline showing adjustments over time. We opted to be transparent for all team members on where they fall in their level and band and Pave allows us to show this info without barriers. Overall, helps multiply my impact and gives visibility to team members and managers.
