A specific feature I appreciate is the compensation cycle workflow, which centralizes and standardizes the entire compensation process, replacing spreadsheets and manual intervention. Connecting everything like roles, levels, and compensation plans is pretty intuitive, making it straightforward, though it requires some preparation.

I really like the comparison feature in Pave. It shows the minimum, maximum, and average salary of employees at my position and location, which helps me see if I'm underpaid, overpaid, or fairly paid. That's the best feature for me.
