The interface is easy to understand for users with different levels of technical skill, and the flows are straightforward to build and follow thanks to the available shapes. Patchworks unlocks more people in the organization to automate tasks and can probably support and interface with most of the tools in use by the organization.

I like that Patchworks allows us to customize our setup to pass the exact data we need in the way we need it. It's also great because it's easy to scale for new brands without relying on third parties. It's relatively quick to learn and is constantly being updated with new features. I appreciate being able to customize process flows exactly as we need. The support is responsive, and I experience very little downtime. The initial setup was relatively easy, and despite the platform's many features being initially overwhelming, there are very good resources and a training academy that provide a structured learning path through the key parts.
