I like that Patchworks allows us to customize our setup to pass the exact data we need in the way we need it. It's also great because it's easy to scale for new brands without relying on third parties. It's relatively quick to learn and is constantly being updated with new features. I appreciate being able to customize process flows exactly as we need. The support is responsive, and I experience very little downtime. The initial setup was relatively easy, and despite the platform's many features being initially overwhelming, there are very good resources and a training academy that provide a structured learning path through the key parts.

I use Patchworks to connect a bunch of integrations and it allows us to build integrations fast. I like the ease of use and the assistance from support when required. Jon Dunn has been a fantastic help. Even though I'm not an engineer and don't know how to code, getting quick answers from support has saved me a lot of time. The initial setup of Patchworks was quite easy once I passed the courses and gained a better understanding.

Working with the entire team has been truly invaluable to me in the short time of collaboration. The applications are very user-friendly, which makes my daily tasks much easier. Even when I encounter something unfamiliar, the customer support is always reliable and responsive, whether I reach out by email or through Slack for immediate assistance.
