That used to be the awkward conversation: you can have the new marketing platform or you can have working email, pick one. Now they confirm the sender in Palisade and the hosted include carries it. I would like a clearer view of how much headroom a record has before I add something.

The reason our DMARC never got done is that I don't have the registrar password and the person who does left in 2023. Palisade connected to the provider directly, scoped to just the email records, and now approved changes go in without me chasing anyone. I did have to get the account owner on a call once to authorise it.
