Our SPF record had grown every time somebody added a tool, and past ten lookups receivers just return permerror, which means your own mail fails alignment. Palisade put every sender behind one hosted include and the record went short again. Nobody had ever told me there was a limit, and I still find that slightly outrageous.

Palisade keeps monitoring the records it serves, so when something changes underneath us or a key needs rotating it arrives in the queue. Across forty domains that is the difference between managing this and hoping. We used to find out when a client's mail stopped.
