I live in a chat window most of the day and switching tools to check whether something started failing was friction I would skip. The MCP server means I ask and get the real answer with the ticket behind it. Nobody expects a DMARC platform to meet you inside the AI you already use.

Palisade named the service and showed the volume, which is how we found it still sending payment reminders to people who had not been our customers in four years. Divestitures leave residue nobody is accountable for.
