I use it daily to check in. The founder, Thomas Peham, is very helpful, quick to get you started (trouble shoots any queries over video) and for those who are marketers/communications it really helps that he has a strong marketing background alongside his technical skills, as he will approach solutions from both perspectives. The platform is constantly seeking feedback and making improvements which is great.

Getting started was incredibly straightforward. Deployment took me less than an afternoon, Insights dashboard was so intuitive Iwas pulling insights from day one. The alerting system really impressed me; when we received a Slack notification that our guide on "personalized shopping" was referenced in a Copilot answer, that felt like a massive win to me. This become a daily use tool for me to monitor the pulse of our brand in generative search.

Overall, Otterly is excellent. From the view point of a regional management, Its biggest strength is the way that AI has impacted client relationships. What this ease of use means is that my account teams can quickly pull a report during a client call showing that they have visible proof of their AI search presence. They have some of the best customer support we've experienced; once, they even jumping on a call for a few minutes to help us debug a tracking prompt that a client in the fintech space using. We appreciate this amount of support infront of our clients.
