The founder, Thomas Peham, is very helpful, quick to get you started (trouble shoots any queries over video) and for those who are marketers/communications it really helps that he has a strong marketing background alongside his technical skills, as he will approach solutions from both perspectives. The platform is constantly seeking feedback and making improvements which is great.
