I really enjoy the OtterlyAI interface, ease of use, and the support team is excellent. They also seem to release new features and research pieces nearly every week, which keeps things fresh and exciting. I use OtterlyAI om a daily basis, the easy implementation within my current marketing toolstack. It integrates quite nicely with Looker Studio.

The founder, Thomas Peham, is very helpful, quick to get you started (trouble shoots any queries over video) and for those who are marketers/communications it really helps that he has a strong marketing background alongside his technical skills, as he will approach solutions from both perspectives. The platform is constantly seeking feedback and making improvements which is great.
