ReqSuite is easy to use and easy to understand. The usability of the user interface has been steadily increasing over the last years. The browser interface makes it easy to deploy and sets no unnecessary hurdles which helps with user acceptance. Greatest selling point for us is still the flexibility as you can easily model any fields and relationships to adapt the tool for different projects, customers and requirements. We are using the tool internally as well as for external projects for our customers and have created several different project templates to get the most value out of ReqSuite. Technical problems as well as questions regarding the use of the poweful modeling functionality are always answered and solved quickly by the friendly, compenent and always helpful customer support.

The personal support during and after the on-boarding process makes it quite easy to configure the tool as the process requires. The UX is outstanding for a tool that offers that kind of flexibility and was the key aspect why we chose ReqSuite.
