Of course you can use things out of the box if that works for you too, but if you want to rename, remodel or replace anything, you can! The support is also first rate, onboarding was simple and we had all the help we needed getting started including a first pass at the structure we were looking for, giving us a good starting point to learn and adapt. Regular catch-up calls enabled us to learn at our own pace and discuss what we were trying to achieve and why, to collaboratively come up with the answers.
