If you understand APIs and EDI, you will find Orderful very easy to use. Implementation is measured in hours, not days. Connecting it to anything that can talk to an API is a no-brainer, and the customer support is first-rate. I've had issues resolved sometimes within minutes. I use the U/I every day to check the health of my EDI connections, whether they are working, and why they are not. But to appreciate what it can do, you have to use some other features, like tables for information you don't have in your data, and the fabulous rules engine.
