Orderful has taken something that’s traditionally painful—EDI—and made it way more approachable. The API is clean, the docs are solid, and it’s surprisingly quick to get up and running. It saves a ton of time compared to the older VANs and clunky mapping tools. I also really like that the interface gives you good visibility into what’s going on with your transactions—when something goes wrong, it’s easier to debug and move forward. Plus, their support team is responsive and actually helpful, which is a big deal in this space.

The product is great and there are no known issues with it. It is easy to integrate and many options to make it customize to your organizations needs. Easy to setup a new customer and quick in implementing the guidelines. Good customer support and most cases are immediately resolved. I use on daily basis and have no issues with it.
